These Terms govern your use of globaladsinc.com and of services provided by GlobalAdsInc ("we", "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

GlobalAdsInc provides digital marketing services, including creative and brand strategy and performance marketing. The scope, fees, and deliverables of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal.

2. Client responsibilities

• You confirm that you own, or are authorized to manage, any advertising account you give us access to.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, products, and landing pages you ask us to advertise, and for complying with applicable laws and the policies of advertising platforms such as Google Ads.
• You remain responsible for advertising spend billed by the platform to your account.

3. Account access

Where you grant us access to a Google Ads account, we use that access only to perform the services you requested and in line with our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time.

4. No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue.

5. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to GlobalAdsInc or its licensors. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in the applicable agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalAdsInc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before it arose.

7. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as provided in the applicable agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
