Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GlobalAdsInc ("GlobalAdsInc", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit globaladsinc.com or work with us as a client, including when you use our GlobalAdsInc Reporting web app (Ads Command Center) at ads.globaladsinc.com.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or use the contact form (which opens a draft in your own email app), we receive your name, email address, company details, and the content of your message.
- Client account information. When you engage us to manage advertising, we receive the business and billing contact details needed to deliver the agreed services.
- Google Ads data. If you grant access through Google OAuth or by linking your Google Ads account to our manager account, we access the Google Ads data needed for the services you requested, such as account structure, campaign settings, and performance metrics.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the marketing services you request.
- To report on, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for clients who have authorized us.
- To maintain the security and operation of our website and tools.
- To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data for our own advertising.
3. Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We access Google Ads data only for the accounts you have authorized, and only to provide the features you requested.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
- We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, and we do not sell it.
- Our staff do not read Google user data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by unlinking your Google Ads account from our manager account.
4. GlobalAdsInc Reporting app (Ads Command Center)
GlobalAdsInc Reporting is a web app at ads.globaladsinc.com. It lets you view Google Ads spend reports, manage campaigns and create client accounts under your own manager account. This section explains exactly how the app handles Google user data.
- Data accessed. Your Google account email address, name and profile photo (scopes
openid, email, profile). Through the Google Ads API (scopehttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), the app reads data from the Google Ads accounts you already have access to: account names, IDs, currency, time zone and status; campaigns, budgets, ad groups, keywords, asset groups and search terms; performance metrics; and the account change history. - How it is used. Only to show you reports and to carry out changes you explicitly request and confirm in the app. These changes are campaign, ad group and keyword status, campaign names, budgets, CPC bids, and creating client accounts under your manager account. The app never makes changes on its own.
- Storage. Your OAuth tokens and basic profile are stored only in an encrypted, HttpOnly cookie in your browser for up to 30 days. Google Ads data is fetched live from Google and held only in temporary server memory for up to 60 seconds to speed up repeated requests. We do not keep Google Ads data in a database, logs or backups.
- Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. We do not use it for advertising or to train AI models. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf only to run the app.
- Human access. Our staff do not view your Google user data unless you ask us to for support, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
- Deletion and revocation. Signing out deletes the session cookie and revokes the app's Google token. You can also remove access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To ask us to delete any data related to you, email [email protected].
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and email providers) under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or with your permission.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When an engagement ends or you revoke access, we delete or anonymize Google Ads data obtained through the API within 30 days unless you ask us to keep reports.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege permissions to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop processing, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
